I was first licensed in 1982 with a Kentucky Real Estate Sales Associate license. In 1984 I qualified for my Kentucky Real Estate Broker’s License and managed my first office in Florence, Kentucky. In 1986 I passed my Apprentice Auctioneers exam and over the next three years completed the requirements to become a Principle Auctioneer. Over the last 25 years I have sold single family residential homes, condos,  multi-family properties, farms and land;  I have brokered the sale and leasing of light commercial properties and  in 1992 I was the principle in a development company that successfully developed and sold SFR lots in Kenton County in a project that sold out in a 3 year period.

I have always strived to give back to the real estate Industry as much as it has given me by volunteering my time and resources to the local, state and national real estate associations.  In 2001 I was honored to be chosen as  'REALTOR® of the Year' by the Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS® for my contributions to the real estate industry.

I am married to my wonderful wife, of 26 years, April and we have one son. April handles administration of our real estate office and I’d be lost without her. We are pet friendly (crazy at times) with 4 cats, a dog and an eleven year old turtle. We are members of Carter’s Chapel United Methodist Church in De Mossville, Ky where April is a Sunday school teacher and the “go to” person for all things craft related. I serve as the church’s financial chairperson or in some other financial role on a rotating basis. We love our country Church family and all that they represent in our lives.
